In February 2002, the EEOC district office in Denver, Colorado brought this suit against Scientific Games, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. The complaint is currently unavailable. Early in the litigation, the defendant moved to change venue from an unknown location to Lincoln, Nebraska. After a new district and magistrate judge were assigned in Lincoln, the parties resumed the litigation. After unsuccessful attempts at mediation in 2001, the parties eventually agreed to dismiss the case in April 2004.
