On May 5, 1993 the United States Department of Justice filed an employment related sexual discrimination lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against the State of Ohio, Ohio Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the Lima Correctional Institute, and the Warden of the Lima Correctional Institute.
