ORDER: Pending before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to Grant Approval of Parties' Settlement Agreement. (Doc. No. 41 ). The Court has reviewed the parties' Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") (Doc. No. 37 ) and finds the terms to be reasonable, just, and proper. Therefore, the Joint Motion to Grant Approval of Parties' Settlement Agreement (Doc. No. 41 ) is GRANTED. Accordingly, the terms of the parties' Agreement, including the award of attorney's fees in the amount of $75,000, are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, such that the relative obligations of the parties as set forth in the Agreement constitute binding Court Orders.
