MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court are a complaint and an answer in this case where the Plaintiffs challenge the actions of the U.S. Department of State under the Administrative Procedure Act and Mandamus Act. The requirements of LCvR 16.3 and Rule 26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil procedure appear to be inapplicable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer and file a joint status report by April 10, 2025. The report shall include a proposed schedule for moving forward with this matter, as well as a proposed order.
