Compl. 50, Dkt. 1. The Court directs the plaintiff to Local Rule 65.1, which provides that "[a]n application for a preliminary injunction shall be made in a document separate from the complaint." LCvR 65.1(c).Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, to the extent the plaintiff seeks preliminary relief, the plaintiff shall file a motion for such relief on or before February 11, 2026.
