ENDORSED ORDER granting in part and denying in part 17 Defendant's Consented Time Sensitive Motion to Continue Preliminary Pretrial Conference. Due to the trial schedule of the Court, the Court is unable to continue the preliminary pretrial conference to the month of July. However, Defendant's request for leave to have co-counsel appear at the conference in place of lead counsel is GRANTED. While one counsel of record must appear in person, lead counsel may appear telephonically if he so wishes. Further, counsel is advised to only caption motions as "time sensitive" when the circumstances genuinely warrant it. The aforementioned 17 Motion is DENIED in all other respects. Signed by Judge Paul G. Byron on 6/17/2026. (JRI) (Entered: 06/17/2026)
