ORDER: It appears that Plaintiffs have moved for a preliminary injunction, but papers have not yet been served on Defendants. Service should be effectuated forthwith and no later than April 17, 2026, with proof of service filed on docket. The Court will hold a status conference on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in Courtroom 930 in the Central Islip Courthouse before District Judge Sanket J. Bulsara. The conference will not be a hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction. Instead, it will be a conference to discuss the timing of any preliminary injunction and class certification hearing and opposition to be filed by Defendants, the larger framework for discovery proceedings, and whether, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a)(2), trial on the merits should be consolidated with a hearing for a preliminary injunction.
