ORDER: Telephonic pre-settlement conference set for December 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Thomas O. Farrish. ORDER re: Settlement Conference. Judge Farrish will hold a settlement conference in this case on January 9, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. and, if that conference does not result in a resolution, a second conference on January 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Both conferences will begin in the East Courtroom of the Hartford courthouse.
