In September 1998, the Phoenix District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against CIGNA Healthcare of Arizona and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. Following a stay of proceedings pending a Ninth Circuit decision, the parties dismissed the case with prejudice in February 2000.
