The San Francisco District Office of the EEOC brought this action in the U.S. District Court for the California Northern District, against Catholic Charities. The complaint was filed in January 2001, but we do not have access to the document. In April 2001 the case was referred to mediation, but in June 2001 the Court vacated the referral to mediation and instead referred the case to Early Neutral Evaluation. In October 2001 the Early Neutral Evaluation was complete and the parties had settled. In November 2001 the case was dismissed. The only document we have access to for this case is the docket, which indicates that the cause of action is probably Title VII.
