Silver that w/in 10 dys of the entry of this decree, Knight shl pay Katherine Duncan the amt of $31,000 ($13,000 back wages, $4,000 in prejgm interest, $14,000 comp damages). In addition to the pymnt, Knbight shl make available $39,000 representing comp damages, for for distribution to any individual who the Commission determines, in its sole discretion, to hv injured the practices alleged in the cmp.
