All disputed deadlines were resolved, except for one: whether to allow Defendant the opportunity to file its own opening motion against class certification, separate from any opposition to Plaintiff's motion. The Court set a deadline for the parties to file a joint letter on this issue by no later than November 22, 2024. The Court will enter the parties' case management plan after resolving this outstanding scheduling dispute (despite stating on the record that it would enter it now). Additionally, the Court directed the parties to file a joint status letter by no later than December 20, 2024. ORDER: As such, the Court is inclined to adopt the structure of Plaintiffs' proposal with Defendant's timeline. That is to say, Defendant is not permitted to file their own opening motion against class certification.
