Case Summary

The Chicago office of the EEOC brought this action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, against Kroger Food Stores. The complaint was filed in August 1999 and Defendant moved for summary judgment in March 2000, but the motion was denied in July 2000. Defendant moved for summary judgment again in September 2000, but the motion was again denied in January 2001. In February 2001 the case went to trial, but after two days the parties settled. The only document that we have for this case is the docket.
