Case Summary

In December 2005, the EEOC district office in San Francisco, California brought this action against Pizzeria Uno Lombard, Inc., a regional restaurant chain, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California The EEOC alleged that the defendant violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when it subjected female employees to a sexually hostile work environment.
