Case Summary

The EEOC's Houston office filed this suit on September 30, 2003 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. The complaint alleged that defendant Six Continents Hotels Inc. violated Title VII and the Equal Pay Act. The defendant answered the complaint on December 8, 2003.
