The Seattle District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Parrish Communications Cabling, Inc. in March 1999 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. According to the consent decree, the complaint alleged that the Defendant violated Title VII because it did not hire a female applicant because of her sex.
