CONSENT DECREE: In settlement of this lawsuit, defendants shall pay a total of $120,000 to Maria Jaurequi and $5,000 to Petra Flores to resolve this action. Defendant shall deliver via federal express [or other delivery service with trackin g], a check in the amount of $120,00 to Ms. Jaurequi and a check in the amount of $5,00 to Ms. Flores within twenty (20) days to the effective dated of this decree.
