Having reviewed the matter further, and in light of the opposed nature of consolidation, the Court concludes that if Plaintiffs believe consolidation is the best course of action, they should file a motion to that effect. Consequently, the Status Conference set for 1/14/2021 is VACATED. However, should the parties conclude that they would simply like to coordinate the discovery schedules as between these cases, the Court would entertain amendments to the Scheduling Order to achieve those ends. If, after conferral, the parties agree to such scheduling amendments, they may call Judge Crews' chambers to discuss and set a conference with the Court. By Magistrate Judge S.
