Specifically, the complaint alleged that the Defendant had subjected the charging party to a sexually hostile work environment and constructively discharged her because of her sex. The charging party intervened in October 2005.In May 2006, a consent decree was entered. The decree, which was valid for 2 years, required Defendant to pay a total of $58,000 to the charging party, provide Title VII training (3 hrs) to all managers, and post and distribute a notice of non-discrimination. The Defendant was also required to keep records of all employees who attended the training session and report to the EEOC when the training had been completed. The docket sheet shows that no further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
