The EEOC San Francisco office filed this suit on February 8, 2001 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, Fresno Division. The suit alleged violation of Title VII by Sunmet Agribusiness, Inc for sexual harassment of and retaliation against a female employee.
