The Defendant was Rogers Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Rogers & Hollands Jewelers, a jewelry designer and retailer. The controversy involved the alleged sexual harassment of three female employees and an alleged transfer in retaliation for complaining with one of the plaintiffs in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
