Specifically, the complaint alleged that Defendant subjected the charging party and other similarly situated applicants and employees to different terms and conditions of employment with regard to hiring and training opportunities based on their sex, female.

A consent decree was entered in October of 2004 which provided that Defendant would pay a total of $235,000, with $25,000 going to the charging party, $150,000 going to the rest of the Class and $85,000 going into a fund to be used for Defendant's compliance with the decree. The decree also required Defendant to provide training session, adopt a gender neutral assignment policy, implement a non-discrimination policy based on sex, and regularly report to the EEOC on compliance and incidents.

The decree was entered in 2004 and scheduled to last 2007. No further docket entries exist, so the case is closed.
