In September 2004, the Seattle District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Micro Encoder, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington alleging discrimination on the basis of age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
