The Los Angeles District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Systems Application and Tehnologies, Inc. They were also to be given neutral references. The other injunctive relief required Sa-Tech to hire a consultant to rework their anti-discrimination policy, streamline their record keeping on discrimination, and report on the company's compliance to the EEOC. Sa-Tech is to train their California based employees on sexual discrimination and retaliation annually. The decree is set to last for 36 months. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
