The Los Angeles District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Systems Application and Tehnologies, Inc. (Sa-Tech), a company that provides security and services for the military and NASA, in September of 2004, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The suit alleged that a male supervisor at Edwards Air Force Base, sexually harassed other male employees and then retaliated when one of them complained. The case consisted of a status conference and then before the second one occurred, the case was settled. The consent decree was issued on May 10, 2005.

The consent decree contained both monetary and injunctive relief. Four employees were to get a total of $237,500.00 to be split up at the discretion of the EEOC. They were also to be given neutral references. The other injunctive relief required Sa-Tech to hire a consultant to rework their anti-discrimination policy, streamline their record keeping on discrimination, and report on the company's compliance to the EEOC. Sa-Tech is to train their California based employees on sexual discrimination and retaliation annually. The decree is set to last for 36 months. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
