The Chicago Office of the EEOC filed this action in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The Defendant was Colonial Ice Cream, Inc., a restaurant and ice cream chain. The controversy involved the alleged sexual harassment of twelve female employees and constructive discharge of one at the defendant's Crystal Lake, IL location.
