The complaint alleged racial discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Details of the allegations were not disclosed.

In the consent decree, the parties agreed that the defendant would pay the aggrieved former employee $105,000, establish a potential claimant fund of $150,000, refrain from retaliating or discriminating on the basis of race, affirm its complaint and anti-discrimination policies, distribute EEO notices, post this consent decree, provide EEO training, expunge the aggrieved former employee's personnel record of all reference to this litigation, issue a neutral reference letter, and annually report any complaints to to the EEOC. No fees or costs were awarded. The terms of the decree ran for two years.

The decree was entered in 2005 and scheduled to last 2007. No further docket entries exist, so the case is closed.
