In August 2002, the Phoenix office of the EEOC brought this Title VII suit against Priority Staffing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. The complaint alleged that the defendant subjected several female employees (including plaintiff-intervenors) to a hostile work environment. Female employees were threatened, demoted, and discharged (constructively) in retaliation for their complaints of harassments. The claimants intervened in the EEOC's suit in September 2002. The defendant filed a motion to dismiss one of the claimant's complaints and motions for summary judgment against the claimants in March 2004; however, the case settled by entry of a consent decree in June 2004.

The three year consent decree required the defendant to pay the claimants and class members $450,000 in compensatory damages, expunge the claimant's records, refrain from harassment and retaliation, institute policies and practices to ensure a workplace free from harassment, and exclude the president and his wife from participating in any investigation of discrimination complaints.

No further docket entries exist, so the case presumably closed when the consent decree ended in 2007.
