Declaring that the United States government recognized two biologically-defined sexes, male and female and implementing this definition of gender in various legal spaces, including but not limited to: (i) directing all federal employees to enforce laws governing sex-based rights, protections, opportunities, and accommodations to define men and women as biologically distinct sexes, (ii) directing that all government-issued identification documents reflect the holder's biological sex, (iii) directing that all transgender women housed in women's prisons be transferred to men's prisons
